“I was that kid in high school who would make harmless looking mixed tapes for her friends with a tune from Oscar Peterson or Terence Blanchard tucked in the middle”, says Toronto based Music Publicist, Writer and Photographer Tracey Nolan. “That way they couldn’t tell me they didn’t want to hear that jazz stuff!”
A true Arts Industry Multi-Hyphenate, Tracey Nolan takes all the knowledge she has accumulated over the years working in the worlds of Theatre (Mirvish Productions), Television (Nelvana Ltd.) and Comedy (The Second City) and pairs it with a great love for the music she promotes.
MTN Media Relations is her way of making those mixed tapes again – and she’s got some things you need to hear.

Tracey Nolan is a contributor to CODA Magazine and All about Jazz.
Tracey’s award winning blog offers her unique take on life in Toronto and features her photographs, some of which recently received an exhibition, “New Orleans: Where do we go from here?”

Tracey has been known to perform her “sweetly subversive” brand of character and stand up comedy on stage and at the Chicago Centre for the Performing Arts, where she was invited to perform in 2001. Her solo show Letters to Liam debuted at the Bad Dog Short Play Festival in 2006.
