We work with our clients to conduct an audit of existing promo materials, written and visual, and to edit / revise and create effective new communications tools such as electronic press kits (epk).

We work with our clients to create and maintain a web presence through personal web pages, blogs and networking sites like the popular myspace.com and youtube.com. 

 

Targeted international, national and local media campaigns to increase awareness of client to selected audience(s) and industry insiders.  Every angle is considered from radio and television to print and the internet.

 

We specialize in live events, such as CD launches.  We plan each phase of the event (venue and artist bookings, providing staff, promotions and follow up).  Tracey Nolan is present on-site at all events so that the client doesn't have to worry about anything other than playing their best.

 

We work with our clients to submit for performance slots at all North American Jazz Festivals from the first steps of compiling the package, completing the application and later, following up with the programmers for feedback.

 

We assist our clients with the completion of grant applications for various arms length organizations such as the Canada Council for the Arts and Factor.
